The White House Stone

The above pictured White House Stone and signed letter was presented to every Grand Lodge in the United States by President and former Grand Master Harry S Truman.  Dick Browning, the Librarian at the Grand Lodge of Arkansas had a traveling display case built for his stone.  He also prepared a handout brochure which tells the story of the White House, its cornerstone laying, and about the remodeling project that President Truman undertook in 1950.  Brother Dick has since put the White House stone on display in many school districts throughout Arkansas which the children have thoroughly enjoyed.
